For more than twenty years, André Gingles has served as lead Land Use and Zoning Counsel on development projects encompassing Town Centers, Retail/ Entertainment Destinations, and Retail Centers, primarily in the Baltimore-Washington area.  Mr. Gingles has worked on a variety of land development-government transactions and has served as Legislative and Strategic Counsel on public financing issues for various projects.
